How long does it take?
About a week from the day we have your logo, text and photos. A one-page Starter site is often quicker.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, the wording you want, and photos of your business. If you're short on any of these, say so and we'll plan around it.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it is paid for. If you ever want to move it to another host, we hand over the files.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, your yearly domain renewal, and small text changes such as new prices or opening hours.
Can I host the site myself?
Yes. We hand over the files, you pay your own host, and there's no monthly fee to us. Changes you want after that are quoted and billed per job, and we bill you for the domain renewal each year.
Is the domain name included?
Yes. Registering your .co.za address is part of the build price. Renewing it each year is covered by the hosting plan.
Can the design be changed?
Colours, photos and text are changed to suit your business. The layout stays as you see it in the sample, which is what keeps the price fixed.
